Meetings
There will be several opportunities for the public to provide insight to the master plan process. They will include public meetings at key milestones in the planning process and a series of Advisory Committee meetings.
The Technical Advisory Meeting (TAC) includes airport staff, the Wayne County Commissioners, airport users, local community planners, and economic development.

The TAC will serve to:

Provide oversight and technical review of project team work.

Act as a “sounding board” for the development and analysis of various master plan alternatives.

Assist in the distribution of project information to the public.
Public Meeting #1
Three TAC meetings will be held throughout the process. The project team also plans to have two public informational workshops.
The Wayne County Board of Commissioners has begun updates to the Airport Master Plan and Airport Layout Plan (ALP) to support growth and guide development to meet existing and future needs of Wayne County Airport. Please join us at an information session to learn more about the ongoing BJJ Airport Master Plan progress and next steps.
